We paid 3.95 for a trial, were unsatisfied and we discontinued. We have subsequently been charged twice ($198 total) by 1ShoppingCart without our knowledge or consent. We never agreed to charges nor have we ever been notified of them. We have made considerable effort to resolve matter by phone and email and are finding 1ShoppingCart misleading, evasive, uncooperative, and unhelpful. We are not convinced that we will not continue to be charged. We are very unhappy and will continue to try to resolve the matter.

Hopefully by now you have resolved the issue. Most credit card companies will reverse charges if the merchant does not resolve such problems themselves, provided you complain to them soon enough. (Usually within 30, 60 or 90 days.)
