Vertical Response has terrific customer service. However, they do not have autoresponder functionality which is why I decided to go with a different service. I am not sure that Vertical Response should be in this comparison since it is about Autoresponders and they don’t even have that functionality. Just a thought.

1. ingresa sus palabra claves y con unas respuestas responde automaticamente.
2.desconocidos se dejan sin responder …….para responde personalmente ( manual)
3. contar la candita de cada una tipo de email que respondi en mismapalabra clave.
4.contar las carta con una palabras claves mas usados y que analiza.

One of the chat programs that answers questions based on keywords would be closer to what you want than any autoresponder I have seen to date. I will keep my eyes open and if I see any autoresponders that allow you to use keywords to trigger replies I’ll let you know here.
